Team Lead Project Management*

You will independently lead challenging branding projects and confidently guide both clients and internal teams through complex initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for project quality, cost-effectiveness, and client satisfaction—and actively grow client accounts.

You will work independently, manage projects from start to finish, and drive strategic and operational initiatives for clients and the brand.

Your
TASKS

  • Independently managing projects in the areas of branding and communication
  • Planning, overseeing, and executing projects—from the initial briefing through to successful completion
  • Serving as a strategic and operational advisor to clients
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders and coordinating interdisciplinary creative and subject-matter teams
  • Ensuring budget, timeline, and quality targets are met
  • Actively helping to shape and further develop our project management standards

What YOU bring
to the table

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, ideally with a focus on branding
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and interacting with clients and various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed work style
  • A keen sense for brands, creative processes, and high-quality execution
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus
  • Excellent German and good English skills
