Your 

TASKS

  • Independently managing branding, campaign, and communication projects
  • Overseeing project planning, resources, budgets, and timelines
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary teams and external partners
  • Liaising between clients and internal teams
  • Facilitating workshops, meetings, and coordination processes
  • Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and priorities
  • Ensuring efficient delivery and communication processes
  • Assisting with scope definitions, effort estimates, and project cost calculations
  • Assisting the PM Director with day-to-day project operations as well as with reporting, resource management, and planning processes


What YOU 

bring to the table

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in project management for branding, communications, or digital projects—with independent responsibility for projects of moderate complexity and multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and interacting with clients and various stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A structured, solution-oriented, and self-directed approach to work
  • A keen sense for brands, creative processes, and high-quality execution
  • Experience in an agency or consulting environment is a plus
  • Excellent German and good English skills
