Junior Project Management*

Your tasks

  • Support our Project Management Directors in planning and managing challenging branding and corporate design projects.
  • Independently managing smaller branding and design projects—from planning through to successful completion.
  • Coordinating interdisciplinary teams comprising strategy, design, motion, digital, and external partners.
  • Creating and managing timelines, resource plans, and project schedules, as well as ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Organizing workshops, meetings, and coordination sessions with clients and project teams.
  • Contributing to cost estimates, proposals, budget management, project controlling, and invoicing.
  • Overseeing production processes and brand rollouts with a focus on quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness.

What you bring to the table

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in project management for branding, corporate design, or
    communications projects, ideally with responsibility for your first independent projects.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and interacting with clients and various stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and a structured, solution-oriented approach to work.
  • An eye for brands, design quality, and creative processes.
  • Ideally, you’ve already gained experience at a branding, corporate design, or identity agency and are familiar with the creative processes in this field.
