(Senior) Communications Manager*

Your tasks

  • Development and implementation of a cross-channel communication strategy with a focus on social media, in line with the company’s goals
  • Independent planning, management, and quality assurance of all social media activities (including LinkedIn and Instagram)—from topic selection and copywriting to publication
  • Design, maintenance, and continuous refinement of the editorial calendar
  • Creation, management, and distribution of content across various digital channels, particularly social media and newsletters
  • Planning and implementation of communication initiatives to strengthen the agency and employer brands
  • Expanding our visibility in relevant trade media, networks, and digital communities—both nationally and internationally
  • Design and organization of communication formats such as webinars, interviews, and employer branding events
  • Coordinating and briefing internal and external stakeholders and service providers
  • Utilizing and further developing digital marketing and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, BigMarker) for the efficient implementation of communication initiatives
  • Analyzing relevant KPIs and deriving recommendations for action to continuously optimize our communication activities
  • Ensuring consistent, brand-aligned communication across all channels

What you bring to the table

  • At least three years of professional experience in communications, corporate communications, PR, or content management, with increasing levels of independent responsibility
  • Substantial experience in planning and managing digital communication channels, particularly social media
  • Proficiency with common marketing and communication tools, such as HubSpot, Canva, BigMarker, or comparable platforms
  • Experience with newsletter tools, marketing automation, and digital event formats is a plus
  • Proficiency in analyzing communication metrics and a good understanding of data-driven optimization
  • Strong digital aptitude and interest in new technologies as well as AI-powered tools to support modern communication processes
  • Strong conceptual thinking and a keen sense for communication tailored to the target audience and brand
  • A structured, independent, and proactive work style
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
