
As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will shape and drive user-centered digital experiences across complex projects — from strategic conception to the final, polished outcome. You bring deep expertise, a strong point of view and the ability to navigate complexity with confidence. Working closely with interdisciplinary teams, you set the standard for quality, mentor junior designers and actively contribute to the evolution of our design practice.
Your responsibilities
- Independently develop and drive UX concepts and strategies for complex digital touchpoints.
- Design and technically lead cross-device UX/UI concepts for apps and websites.
- Create customer journeys, sitemaps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and ensure their quality.
- Independently prepare concept presentations, lead workshops, and communicate results persuasively.
- Manage complex projects across all phases—in close collaboration with interdisciplinary
teams such as Development and Product Management. - Actively mentor junior designers, provide feedback, and share knowledge within the team.
What YOU bring to the table
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in UX/UI design, preferably at a digital agency.
- A college degree or equivalent training in media design, interaction design, information design, interface design, or a related field.
- In-depth expertise in the conception and design of digital applications and mobile apps.
- A solid understanding of the technical architecture of websites and digital products—you think in terms of feasible solutions and collaborate with development teams as an equal.
- Proven experience in building, maintaining, and strategically developing design systems.
- Proficiency in common design tools such as Figma or Adobe CC.
- Comprehensive knowledge of common UX methods, agile working practices, and established design workflows.
- Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Strong communication skills, natural leadership qualities, and the ability to inspire and engage others.
